We do not investigate to determine whether information is accurate, nor can we assure that all data is free of typographical errors. We cannot guarantee that information displayed on the website is 100% accurate.
All reservations must be verified 24 hours in advance of your scheduled activity. The receipt of an email reservation or order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of a reservation or order, nor a confirmation of an offer to sell. South Padre Island Adventures reserves the right, without notification, to limit the number of reservations placed or order quantities on any activity or item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to acceptance of any order.
CANCELLATION POLICY ENFORCED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
For non-group bookings, cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the activity date will receive a refund minus a $20 per person administrative fee. One date or time change is permitted at no charge if requested more than 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled activity. No refunds or ticket transfers will be granted with less than 24 hours notice, including weather-related issues. A “rain check” may be issued for cancelled or shortened activities due to weather. Rain checks are valid for 12 months and may only be redeemed by the original participant.
Groups booked through Group Sales must submit final headcount and deposit seven days prior to the tour date. No refunds or rain checks will be issued within seven days of the tour date. No exceptions apply.
Once a reservation is made, it is confirmed and non-refundable. If a participant is unable to complete the activity due to fear, a six-month rain check will be issued, non-transferable and valid only for the original participant. Late arrivals will not receive a refund and may not join the tour. Participants are expected to arrive 30 minutes prior to their reserved tour time to complete check-in and required paperwork.
You are responsible for paying your account promptly, including applicable taxes. If a check is returned or electronic payment is denied, South Padre Island Adventures may impose a fee to cover incurred charges. Unpaid invoices may be charged directly to the credit card on file, and access to the online service may be suspended or terminated. You are responsible for any fees, including attorneys’ fees and collection costs, incurred in collecting unpaid balances. If payment cannot be processed or is returned for any reason, including chargebacks, access to the online service and customer account may be suspended or terminated.
South Padre Island Adventures uses a secure server to encrypt credit card and other sensitive information during transmission over the Internet. Once received, credit card information is stored securely and accessible only to personnel with a legitimate business need. The company will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
In servicing accounts, South Padre Island Adventures may collect addresses, contact names, telephone numbers, fax numbers, and email addresses. This information may be used to improve customer service and to offer products and services. Collected data will not be shared with third parties outside of South Padre Island Adventures unless necessary to provide appropriate service to users.
South Padre Island Adventures may suspend or terminate its online service at any time, with or without notice. The company reserves the right to collect any outstanding fees and charges incurred prior to cancellation of service.
In no event shall South Padre Island Adventures or its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, even if previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether arising in contract, negligence, or otherwise, related to the use or inability to use this site or its services. These limitations apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Certain jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages; therefore, some limitations may not apply to you.
South Padre Island Adventures complies with and enforces Chapter 87 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
Under Texas law (Chapter 87, Civil Practice and Remedies Code), an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.
If you are not comfortable with or willing to comply with this notice, you will not ride.
This site does not support tax-exempt transactions for certain tax-exempt organizations, charitable, or commercial customers.
