Safety is our first priority, always has been, always will be. To ensure a secure experience from start to finish:

We partnered with Adventure Experience, Inc. to install and certify our zip-line system to Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) safety standards (ACCT is backed by the American National Standards Institute).
Every cable, pulley, lanyard, and component is doubled or “redundant” for added protection.
Our state-of-the-art braking system doesn’t require guests to use hand brakes the automatic system keeps things smooth and safe.
Professional staff will outfit you with gear, teach you how to safely zip, and be there at every take-off and landing.

Our zip-line brakes are the newest state-of-the-art brakes that don’t require folks to brake themselves. Simply let our professional staff outfit you with your zipping gear, teach you how to zip and they will be there at every take-off and landing to insure your enjoyment and safety.

Tower Layout & Ride Structure

Our zip-line experience is built on a multi-level tower structure:

The main tower features three levels for zipping and observation.
From the top, you’ll ride four parallel cables perfect for families and groups to zip together side by side.
After landing, our staff will unclip your gear and direct you back to the stairs for easy return zips.
Return rides typically feel faster thanks to slight tailwinds and an automated Zip-Stop Brake that keeps things safe and smooth.

Important Information

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your booking for a full refund when you call us directly no later than the day before your activity is scheduled.
Same-day Cancellation: You may receive a refund, minus 20%, when you call us no later than two hours before your activity start-time.
Full Party Attendance: All members of your party must be present for the scheduled activity or fail to show up.
NO REFUNDS: for any individuals who choose not to participate with the activity, regardless of reason.
NO REFUND: For Missed, No-Call, No-Show or you don’t participate in Your Activity as Scheduled.

How long does the zip-line experience last?

Choose one-round of zipling or 45 minutes of unlimited zipping allowing you to ride the circuit multiple times.

Are the Ziplines safe?

Yes. Our Ziplines are State Certified to industry standards and our Staff are State Certified for Ziplines.

Is this activity weather dependent?

Zip-lining operates in most conditions. However, if weather conditions such as lightning make it unsafe, sessions may be adjusted or canceled for guest safety.
