You may cancel your booking for a full refund no later than the day before your activity is scheduled when you call us directly. Same-day cancellation refund, minus 20%, when you call us no less than two hours before your activity. Missed, no-call / no-show reservations will not be refunded. Full Party Attendance: All members of your party must be present for the scheduled activity. Refunds will not be issued for individuals who choose not to participate with the activity, or fail to show up.
