Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation: You may cancel your booking for a full refund when you call us directly no later than the day before your activity is scheduled.
• Same-day Cancellation: You may receive a refund, minus 20%, when you call us no later than two hours before your activity start-time.
• Full Party Attendance: All members of your party must be present for the scheduled activity or fail to show up.
• NO REFUNDS: for any individuals who choose not to participate with the activity, regardless of reason.
• NO REFUND: For Missed, No-Call, No-Show or you don’t participate in Your Activity as Scheduled.
